Thank you for your interest in applying to Milpitas Christian Preschool. We understand that applying to a new school is an important decision and we are dedicated to assisting you with any questions you may have regarding the application process.

The admission process for Milpitas Christian Preschool includes:

• Signed acknowledgement of the MCS Foundational Information document, Financial Policies document, and Preschool Handbook
• Completion of the online application form
• Application fee payment
  
• Submission of required student documents (see below)
• Annual re-enrollment fee

Required Documents:

• Birth Certificate or Passport
• Immunization Record
• Child’s Preadmission Health History – Parent Report
• Physician’s Report
• Parents Rights Form
• Parent Commitment Form
• Personal Rights Form
• Electronic Fund Transfer Form (with a copy of a voided check)

 Immunization Requirements:

• Polio                     3 shots
• TD/DTP                4 shots
• MMR                    1 shot
• Hepatitis B           3 shots
• Varicella               1 shot
• HIB                       1 shot

Other Considerations:

Milpitas Christian School provides a well-rounded experience to support student development emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually, and academically. While we do not require families to be Christ followers, it is our goal that students will be followers of Christ who model a biblical world view in daily living that strengthens or results in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

After currently enrolled students, their siblings, and children of staff members, admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

When admission is not in the best interest of the school or the applicant, acceptance may not be granted. Once accepted, continued enrollment at MCS is subject to fulfillment of responsibilities as listed in the Preschool Handbook.
