The optional After School Enrichment Program is designed to engage students enrolled at MCS in the fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Waiver and Release
In order to participate in enrichment classes a Waiver and Release form may need to be signed. This will be sent to the parent or guardian upon registration and must be signed and returned to John Lane, the Director of Extended Care, before the student may attend that class. By signing below, I have read, understand, and agree with the Enrichment Class Waiver and Release requirements.

Extended Care Policy
All children taking enrichment classes must sign in at their assigned Extended Care class room immediately after school. The enrichment class teachers will pick them up from their class room and return them there at the end of class. All parent pickups must be made from Extended Care. There is no charge for this service, unless children are not picked up within 15 minutes of enrichment class dismissal. Children picked up after this time will be charged per their Extended Care contract. This procedure is for the safety of the children. By signing below, I have read, understand, and agree with the Enrichment Class Extended Care Policy.
